Donald L. Miller, 75, Indianapolis, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2010. Don was born January 9, 1935 to the late Dora and Leota Mitchell Miller. After graduation from college, Don was a teacher and later pursued his childhood interest in funeral service. He taught at the former Indiana College of Mortuary Science for eleven years. The past several years were spent in various aspects of funeral service. Survivors include his wife of over 50 years, Penelope (Penny) Wise Miller; children, Michael Andrew "Andy" (Chona) Miller and Amy Suzanne (Kenny) Moore; 9 grandchildren; 3 great- grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Services Thursday, March 4 at 11 a.m. in Post Road Christian Church, 1112 N. Post Road, Indianapolis, IN 46219 with visitation there on Wednesday, March 3 from 3 - 8 p.m. and 2 hours prior to the service. Interment will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
