Pamela R. Helton, age 62, passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Whiteland, Indiana. She was born on June 26, 1947 in Indianapolis to Robert "Pat" and Rosemary (Davis) Stark. She married Donnie Helton on September 25, 1966. He lovingly survives in Whiteland. Other survivors include daughter Kim (Derek) Ritsmon of Whiteland; grandchildren Brayton Ritsmon and Megan R. Ritsmon Beck; great-grandson Garrett Beck; brother Patrick Stark of Greenwood; sister Sharon Stiegelmeyer of Beech Grove; mother-in-law Elva Helton of Pineville, Kentucky; three nieces and two nephews. She was preceded in passing by her parents, Pat and Rose Stark. Pam was a 1965 graduate of Franklin Central High School. She was a beautician and owned and operated her own shop. She was a Homemaker. Pam enjoyed going to flea markets, garage sales and shopping. She also enjoyed watching her grandson play sports. Rev. Walter Howard will conduct a service on Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Friends may call on Saturday, May 1st, from 10:00 a.m. to time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Glenns Valley. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
