Troy Aaron Fulmer, age 42, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2010 in Quincy, Indiana. He was a resident of Quincy. He was born on April 11, 1968 in Franklin, Indiana. His parents are Jay and Karen Fulmer of Quincy and Joan "JoDee" and Thomas Grant of Fishers, Indiana. He is also survived by son T.J. Fulmer of Greenwood; granddaughter Haley Fulmer of Paoli; sister and brother-in-law Anna and Erik Foster of Quincy; nieces and nephews Riley, Alex, Wade and Abigail; maternal grandfather Joseph J. Prokl of Greenwood; step-sisters Shanna L. Wendt of Zionsville, Sherri L. Farley of Traver City, Michigan and Stacie L. Grant of Indianapolis; cousin Dr. Todd J. Karas; and Aunt and Uncle Rhonda and Doug Adamson. He was preceded in passing by his brother, Jed Fulmer; paternal grandparents Edwin and Idell Fulmer; maternal grandmother Virginia A. Prokl and Aunt Judith Ann Karas. Troy was a graduate of Franklin Community High School in 1986. He was a mortgage broker. Rev. Stan Glover will conduct a service on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North), Franklin, Indiana 46131. Friends may call on Tuesday, June 1st from 10:00 a.m. to time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jed Moses Fulmer Memorial Scholarship, Johnson County Community Foundation, 398 South Main Street, Franklin, Indiana 46131.
